Symbol for Windows - why upgrade?

Before upgrading consider if the upgrade is necessary and could it cause some problems:

• Is the current version missing some of the functions you would need?

• Has there been some technical problems with the current version?

• Is your computer capable of running the latest SfW version? Newer versions tend to require more resources than the previous ones. E.g. version 2.3 needs in practise Windows 2000 or XP, at least 300 MB free space on the hard drive and 256 MB RAM.

• If you have Windows 98 we recommend using SfW version 2.2.
